By accessing or using the Sys-Metrics website or any tools located under /tools/, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the site or tools.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use the tools on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

• Processing occurs locally in your browser. Inputs and files are handled on your device.
• We do not require account creation to use the tools.
• Results are typically exported to your device via download. You are responsible for retaining backups.

If any tool requires a network call to function, that requirement will be identified in the tool interface.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site and tools for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source other than as permitted by law.
• Bypass security, rate limits, or technical restrictions.
• Introduce malware, conduct scraping at scale, or disrupt the service.
• Use the tools to infringe rights or violate applicable law.

The site, brand assets, and tool code are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you process with the tools. You retain all rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of your files or outputs generated client-side.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains local processing, limited server logs, and ad technologies used on the site.

The site displays advertising via Google AdSense. Google and partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization where permitted. Manage preferences in your Google account or via industry opt-out resources as described in the Privacy Policy.

The site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sys-Metrics and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the site or tools. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of AED 500 or the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months before the claim.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sys-Metrics from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the tools in violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

External sites and services we reference have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their terms before use.

You must comply with applicable export controls and economic sanctions. You may not use the site or tools if you are subject to relevant restrictions.

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or tools at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violations of these terms.

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts in Dubai, UAE, will have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
